Meet Eugene Ponomarev, a talented chef from the Baltics with 22 years of experience working in Latvia's top restaurants. For the past 9 years, he has led a team of 30 at the "Gastronome" restaurant chain and conducted culinary masterclasses for Food Anatomy.
After moving to Malta, he launched his own project, The Borsch, offering a menu of the best Slavic dishes created over the years.
